Filling the frame

The photo fills the frame with the people lifting the tarp. Notice how the tarp covers the top of the image, with the orange coincidentally highlighting the subject underneath. The people holding the green portions of the tarp show expression which contrasts the excitement of the two girls in the middle of the photo. The individuals holding the tarp also give the illusion of a happy crowd in the background; focusing on the girls with excited faces blurs the people around them but gives off the sense that they are also excited. This and the tarp's bright color creates an interesting frame.
